Please allow around 4 weeks for production of pieces which are bespoke and made to order. We aim to have them ready for you as soon as possible. Most pieces can be finished sooner, but the big lamps must be hand-painted, wired and then safety certified before going to their new home, and that takes time.
Most pieces are hand-painted and made to order, therefore we do not accept returns on bespoke items unless there is a fault. We are happy to discuss measurements, colours and trims in-depth, sending progress updates and pictures so that you can be sure everything is to your liking.
Please contact us to discuss a return within 14 days of receipt.
The item must be returned in original saleable condition. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so it is recommended that you use a tracked and insured method of return. We will not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or you have had to return it due to a mistake we have made.
Please allow 7 - 10 working days for us to process your refund upon receipt of the goods. Delivery charges (the amount you originally paid to have the order delivered to you) are non-refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty product from us.
If you wish to exchange a product, we will charge for the postage and packaging of sending out the new item.
